Credit Card Information: The Spa does not retain any credit card information in its files and does not share your credit card information with any 3rd parties.

Gift Cards: Spa Gift Cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Promotional coupons can not be used with a Gift Card. They are for services only. Payment is required if a Gift Card is not presented at time of service.

Appointment Policy: A credit card or gift card number is required to book your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours advanced notice for all cancellations to avoid being charged the full treatment amount. Multiple services require 48 hours advance notice of cancellations to avoid being charged the full treatment amount.

Scheduled Appointment: If you arrive late we will subtract the time from your appointment, however you will be charged for the full treatment.

Personal Property: Please keep valuables with you at all times. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Cellular Phones/Beepers: Must be turned off in the spa. We will be happy to take a message for you.

Merchandise Returns: Unused merchandise may be returned within 3 days of purchase date with proof of purchase sales slip. Please choose items carefully.
